Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation and execution of internal systems training, including mechanical, electrical / controls, and maintenance / troubleshooting elements.
- Support internal training needs, including new hire onboarding, cross training, continuous learning, and certification.
- Manage the development of blended learning courses from project kick-off to completion and evaluation.
- Apply instructional design theories and methods to produce and deliver high-quality training (digital, blended, and instructor-led).
- Continuously improve the standards, processes, and deliverables to enhance the effectiveness of the learning experience.
- Understand and assess how training plays a role in business needs identified by product / process audits, performance metrics and troubleshooting case data and account strategies. Ensure the quality and consistency of course content and delivery.

The position is eligible for one of the following : commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.
