Manager - Finance, FP&A

Intramotev is seeking an experienced Manager of Finance, FP&A. This position will be responsible for influencing strategy through data driven analysis, creating and driving financial processes, and overseeing execution against company objectives and goals. The Manager of FP&A will build complex financial models with commentary for internal and external stakeholders to support strategic decision making and presentation to venture capital investors. This individual will lead the development of the financial forecast, including variance analysis, identifying opportunities and risks, and communicating to leadership team and the Board of Directors. Additional responsibilities include implementation and management of financial reporting software.

This position has the potential to grow into an executive or CFO role.

Position Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining complex financial models and forecasts
• Communication of financial plans and results to leadership team, board of directors, and potential investors
• Implementation and management of enterprise financial planning and reporting systems
• Create recommendations and strategic plans vis analysis of financial information
• Collaboration and communication with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
  
  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in FP&A or similar roles.
• Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  
  

Typical Education And Experience

Education/experience typically acquired through education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience.

This position is based in St. Louis, MO.
