Intrepid Powerboats manufacturers high quality semi-custom boats from 24’ – 48’. We are a 30 year stable company with extensive demand for boats within our iconic brand. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative team member to join our TEAM at the main production facility located in Largo, Florida. SUMMARY
As a Customer Care Representative in the marine industry, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marine products and services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Including but not limited to the following:
- Provide world class customer service, keeping a voice at the phone always. Trouble shooting issues via telephone
- Respond quickly to email inquiries when received
- Communicate with customers who submit web inquiries; monitor and respond to web forum.
- Collect product manuals and pamphlets for Owner’s bags, coordinate with QC to include completed bags with shipped boats.
- Projects for other departments and various material control functions as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Knowledge of power boats, with ability to troubleshoot problems
- Marine Support and/or manufacturing warranty experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work any shift and overtime as required
- Complies with all policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions
- Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner

- Will exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, push or pull on a regular basis
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
