Intrepid Studios’ Ashes of Creation team is looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Gameplay Engineer to join us, here in beautiful southern California. This role will report to the Lead Engineer and support our engineering team by creating, debugging and maintaining game systems within Unreal Engine 5! This is a great opportunity to unleash your creativity and partner with talented game veterans to craft a unique MMORPG that helps bring people together.

What you will accomplish :

• Collaborate with engineers to create, debug, and maintain game systems using Unreal Engine 5.
• Work alongside the other senior engineers and the networking team to assure performance at large scales.
• Mentor engineers and junior engineers in their development efforts.
• Create and document complex systems in a clear manner, including technical design documents and code reference documentation.

Salary :

The base salary for this role is between $125,000 - $187,500, depending on skills and experience. We have competitive pay bands based on market standards and a significant annual bonus structure. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
