We are looking for an Aviation Systems Analyst to join our team to support PdM Command Control and Effects (C2E).

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Providing analysis and evaluation expertise to the US Army PEO Aviation regarding Launched Effects (LE) air vehicles, payloads, and mission systems.
• Implementing the processes and procedures written by the Army requirements developers.
• Developing solutions, and/or providing analysis of complex aviation integration requirements.
• Supporting test development, execution, and reporting of experiments related to LE.
• Planning and executing programmatic and technical activities by specific customer requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing material required for in-process reviews, statements of work, contractor proposals, and test methodology.
• Understanding Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR) processes and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

At a minimum you should have:

• An active SECRET security clearance, with an active TOP SECRET preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
• A bachelor's degree in a non-STEM field.
• 5 years of relevant experience and 10 years of professional work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to prepare and present presentations.
• The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Flexibility for travel to contractor facilities and test locations.
