Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented

Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist

to join our team and lead the digital transformation of our electronics sales. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, increasing customer acquisition, and maximizing profitability through strategic digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce initiatives. You will work with a portfolio of well-known, high-demand electronics products, leveraging your expertise in performance marketing, online sales optimization, and customer-centric strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Profitability and Revenue Growth

Lead the digital marketing strategy to boost online sales and significantly increase profitability from well-established electronics brands.

Create targeted campaigns designed to convert traffic into paying customers and maximize the customer lifetime value (CLV).

Identify and implement cost-effective strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC) while scaling revenue.

Develop promotional campaigns, product bundling, and seasonal offers to drive higher volume and profitability.

E-Commerce Platform Management

Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and conversions.

Implement advanced sales strategies to drive product-specific growth, including pricing optimization, up-selling, and cross-selling techniques.

Manage inventory levels and ensure that high-demand products are prominently featured, with effective demand forecasting to prevent stockouts.

Continuously monitor e-commerce performance (sales, ROI, conversion rates, etc.) and identify areas for optimization.

Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition :

Develop and execute highly-targeted digital marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube) to drive qualified traffic.

Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting and segmentation for maximum ROI.

Spearhead SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic, focusing on high-converting keywords related to electronics products.

Lead retargeting campaigns and personalized email marketing to increase repeat business and customer retention.

Performance Analysis & Data-Driven Decision Making :

Use analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, e-commerce sales, and customer behavior.

Regularly report on KPIs including conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

A / B test ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to continuously improve performance and drive profitable customer interactions.

Customer Experience Optimization

Optimize the customer journey across the website, ensuring seamless navigation, fast load times, and a frictionless checkout process to boost conversion rates.

Implement strategies to improve the post-purchase experience, encouraging positive reviews, product feedback, and repeat sales.

Drive customer loyalty through effective retention strategies, including targeted email sequences, loyalty programs, and re-engagement campaigns.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Research :

Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, identify emerging trends in the electronics industry, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of market demands.

Work closely with the product and sales teams to stay informed about new product launches and leverage cross-departmental knowledge to boost sales and marketing efforts.

Collaboration & Reporting :

Collaborate with product teams, designers, and sales managers to align marketing campaigns with business goals and product features.

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong track record of driving sales and profitability in the electronics industry.

Hands-on experience managing and scaling e-commerce platforms and performance marketing campaigns

Strong experience in driving both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, specifically in the electronics or consumer technology space.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics and tools to track and measure success

Skills & Competencies :

Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies, including conversion optimization, A / B testing, and pricing strategies.

Expertise in paid media, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising to acquire customers and drive profitability.

Ability to develop highly-targeted, data-driven campaigns that deliver ROI and drive long-term customer loyalty.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, retention strategies, and the complete customer journey.

Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software

Preferred

Experience specifically in the electronics or technology industry.

Knowledge of international e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies.

Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing as customer acquisition channels.
