POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Sales Representative will play a critical role in managing incoming and prospective sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing projects, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to pivot quickly to changing priorities, and a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and expedite incoming and prospective sales calls, leads, quotes, and inquiries promptly and efficiently. *
- Understand client needs through consultations and forward leads to their business development or account management colleagues.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further engagement.*
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within the medical industry.*
- Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a trusted partner, offering project management support, product expertise, and assistance with quotes and sales development.
- Track customer quotes through regular communication and follow up.*
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance standards to maintain ethical conduct and uphold the company's reputation.
- Attend tradeshows and other commercial events*
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with historical sales results documented
Skills:
- Self-motivated with collaborative sales skills, initiative, and adaptability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Positive, motivated, and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, preferred.
- Desire for career progression in sales, preferred.
- Knowledge of the medical OEM industry and players, preferred.
- Experience with Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM Systems like Salesforce.

SALARY RANGE:
The anticipated base pay for this position is: $70,000-$85,000
Intricon is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
