POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Applications Analyst will be a key member of the Information Services team implementing business transformation across the Enterprise Application landscape. Responsibilities include delivering superior application support and developing low-code solutions to integrate applications, improve workflows, and modernize existing processes. In this technology-focused role, you should be comfortable working with business process owners and solving problems with out-of-the-box solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Application Support: Epicor ERP and other SaaS Enterprise Systems
Coordinate and consult with business partners, vendors, and our Managed Service Providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of the following:
Role-based access controls. *
Identity management *
Configuration changes, patches, and upgrades. *
Ongoing support and incident resolution *
Report creation and maintenance *
Application Automation and Low Code Solutions
Partner with business owners and team members to design, implement, and maintain application automations and low code solutions
Gather and document requirements for new and existing processes.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain:
Automations using application tooling
Low code integrations, applications, and workflows
Create and maintain process documentation
Support project scope and timeline. Track and communicate project status with project team
Apply Agile and DevOps best practices to all projects and activities
Partner with department team members to cross train and provide backup support as needed.
Provide additional support as needed or complete ad hoc projects as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:

Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting one or more of: SalesForce, HRIS systems, or ERPs
Minimum two (2) years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing data, and implementing successful business solutions.
Minimum two (2) years of experience with developing solutions in either a low code or professional/traditional code environment.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
Experience with using API’s to retrieve data from or send data to applications, preferred.
Experience with working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Understanding of DevOps best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams and all levels within an organization.
Proficiency in system analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and is self-motivated to start and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience developing and administering role-based access controls.
Working knowledge of Epicor or other ERP (e.g. SAP, etc.)
Working knowledge with UKG, SalesForce, Grand Avenue, Concur, or similar applications, preferred.
