We are seeking a dynamic, Marketing Communications Specialist. In this role, the Marketing Communications Specialist will support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage events and tradeshows, and leverage analytics to drive engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise in campaign management, Salesforce marketing automation, and event logistics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns using Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).*
2. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize marketing efforts based on data insights using Salesforce dashboards.
3. Content, SEO & Digital Marketing: Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates while optimizing website content for SEO to enhance brand visibility and digital presence.
4. Event & Tradeshow Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, ensuring seamless logistics and brand representation.*
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
6. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a fast-paced or B2B environment.
- Experience managing third-party agencies/vendors for content creation, design, and digital marketing support.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and B2B marketing best practices.
- Experience in the medical device industry or a technical B2B environment is a plus.

SALARY RANGE:
The anticipated base pay for this position is: $65,000 - $80,000
Intricon is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
