The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting accounting and reporting functions within the finance group. This role plays a key part in problem solving accounting and finance challenges as they arise including, but not limited to manufacturing costing, profitability analysis, and analyzing and reporting on trends, variances, deviations from budget, etc. This role reports to the Sr Finance Director coupled with significant business partnering with the Director of R&D.
This role will be responsible for accounting oversight of our Vadnais Heights manufacturing facility along with strong business partnering with Director of R&D on profitability and costing analysis of Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) customer projects.
All positions are responsible for following applicable company policies and procedures as defined by their manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Participates in month end close activities, including creating journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Responsible for accounting oversight for the Vadnais Heights facility including, but not limited to costing, budgeting, forecasting, monthly Budget vs actual analysis, KPI analysis, etc..
- Responsible for analyzing, reporting and presenting on NRE commercial opportunities at a global level in conformance with Corporate policy standards and internal controls.
- FP&A Ad hoc, to include analysis of the operating expense accounts and other tasks as assigned in support of business drivers, variance analysis, and external reporting.
- Ensure Intricon subsidiaries are in accordance with US GAAP
- Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and implementing process improvements
- Key participant or driver in system automation changes and upgrades
- Ad hoc projects and assignments

SALARY RANGE :
The anticipated base pay for this position is : $85,000-$115,000
Intricon is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
