We are seeking a dynamic, Sales & Operations Principal Financial Analyst. In this role, the Sales & Operations Principal Financial Analyst will support management by partnering with Intricon’s commercial team to accelerate pipeline growth, providing support in using Salesforce to drive pipeline reporting and commercial KPIs, and aligning with financial processes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has strong communication skills and the ability interact with and build productive working relationships with across multiple levels and functions across the organization. Reports to the Senior Director of Operations Finance, coupled with significant partnering with other Leaders, VPs, and the CFO and CEO.
All positions are responsible for following applicable company policies and procedures as defined by their manager.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary business partner for Intricon’s commercial team in translating commercial strategy into goals and metrics.
- Establishes product costing for commercial team strategy and quoting, also providing insights into pricing strategy in concert with the CFO and VP of Sales in partnership with operations finance peers
- Oversees sales reporting and analysis by customer and product line, including tracking revenue variances and identifying key mix drivers.
- Manages the monthly sales forecast process internationally, translating commercial execution into revenue forecast.
- Support implementation and integration of Salesforce, with primary focus on pipeline reporting and commercial KPIs
- Support future integration of enterprise systems with Salesforce.
- Analyze product volume, margin, and pricing trends to provide insight to the Intricon leadership regarding pricing strategies.
- Leads the revenue build portion of the annual budget, working closely with operations finance peers to understand forecast inputs, unit level quantities, and ASP.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- A/B.S degree or equivalent experience
- MBA/CPA/MA Preferred
Experience:
- Eight (8) or more years of financial analyst experience
- Eight (8) or more years of finance/accounting experience
- Experience working in manufacturing facility/plant preferred
- Experience with various enterprise application systems and their use to improve reporting
Skills:
- Adaptable individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a high EQ
- Highly skilled in MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge in enterprise systems, databases, and reporting.
- Resourceful in developing and applying different analytical approaches to business needs
- Ability to manage short- and long-term projects within an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to work with and influence all levels of management
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and self-motivation

SALARY RANGE:
The anticipated base pay for this position is: $125,000 - $145,000
Intricon is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
