Print Shoppe Receiver
Location: Bozeman, MT
Job Type: Seasonal (May-Mid October) - 30-40 hours/week
Reports To: Project Manager
Compensation: $18/hour

Position Summary
As the Print Shoppe Receiver, you’re the first to handle incoming inventory and the last stop for quality control. You’ll receive, tag, and organize products for both the retail store and production team, ensuring everything is accurate and retail-ready. This role requires use of a personal vehicle for deliveries between the print shoppe and downtown. Your attention to detail and commitment to Intrigue Ink systems help keep operations smooth and our products selling—making you a vital part of our success.
Core Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory Management
- Receive and log all incoming inventory
- Check packing slips for accuracy and match with Purchase Orders.
- Tag, fold, and organize inventory by department requirements.
- Ensure proper signage (stickers, price tags, etc.) is applied before items are passed to production or boxed for delivery.
- Use our inventory systems to enter product counts and updates.
- Communicate missing items or damages promptly to the Project Manager.
- Press custom hats with heat transfers as needed.
- Print shipping labels, quality check, and ship/deliver wholesale and contract orders.
Back-of-House Organization
- Maintain clean, labeled, and orderly shelving and bins.
- Break down and recycle boxes as they arrive.
Communication & System Adherence
- Use Trello to track receiving tasks, issues, or delivery notes.
- Attend team check-ins and report any delays or discrepancies.
- Follow checklist systems to ensure nothing is missed.

Work Schedule & Hours
- Monday - Friday 11:00am-6:00pm (subject to change based on incoming projects and workload).
- Will make daily deliveries to our retail store located downtown.
- Season expected to sun through mid-October, with potential for early completion or extension depending on project volume.
