Administration Assistant Part-Time (Sherman Oaks)
We are a small boutique business management firm located in Sherman Oaks. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant as part of our growing company. We are looking for someone 3 to 4 days a week to start. We will consider accommodating college schedule for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain experience in a CPA/business management firm. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role
Responsibilities will include:
· Bank runs
· Scanning/filing/mail
· Data Entry
· Answering phones/making phone calls
· Credit Card Coding in Xcel
· Able to communicate with clients
Qualifications
· Able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities
· Strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times.
· Self- Motivated, proactive and positive thinker
· Good judgment & communication
· Some Accounting/ QuickBooks background is preferred
· Must be Spanish speaker
