We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team! This role requires expertise in strategic media planning, execution and optimization across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in all forms of paid media—including digital display, paid social, search, programmatic, television, radio, print and OOH.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic paid media plans that align with client goals across digital, social and traditional channels.
- Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end process of media buying, including audience targeting, budgeting and placement across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, CTV/OTT, programmatic display, broadcast, print, radio and billboards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) using A/B testing, bid adjustments and audience segmentation.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze data trends and generate client-friendly reports with actionable insights.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure campaigns across all media types work cohesively to create an omnichannel approach that drives engagement and conversions.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize media spend across channels to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with designers and content creators to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives.
- Industry Trends & Innovations: Stay up-to-date with emerging media trends, technologies and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in paid media strategy and buying (digital and social).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms.
- Familiarity with traditional media planning (TV, radio, print, OOH) and negotiation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking and reporting tools.
- Experience in campaign performance tracking, A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and budgets simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of creative best practices for ad performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to clients and internal teams.
