As an Expert Onboarding & Community Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new experts, helping them establish a successful presence on the platform, and managing ongoing relationships to foster engagement and growth. You will be responsible for guiding experts through their profile setup, launching their presence on social media, and encouraging a sustained community of activity and interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding & Profile Completion : Guide new experts through the signup and onboarding process, ensuring profiles are complete and optimized for a successful launch.
- Social Media Launch Coordination : Coordinate with experts to develop and schedule social media announcements, and draft compelling social media assets to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Community Engagement & Relationship Management :
Maintain and strengthen relationships with experts by encouraging additional social posts and nurturing a community of engagement.
