Job Overview
Intro2HR is a Human Resources training company in Las Vegas. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring students to achieve their career goals. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Recruiting, Payroll Processing, Training & Development, and HR Administration, and providing support to enhance their educational experience.
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcoming environment for students
- Implementation of the Intro2HR curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions and activities that encourage student participation and critical thinking.
- Maintain accurate records of class attendance, referrals, etc.
- Collaborate with the Director and other Instructors to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, answering any questions or concerns
- Present students with a Certificate of Completion after each class
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with HR trends
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes

Schedule One to two Saturdays a month. 12pm to 5pm (Classes are 1pm - 4pm)
Pay $20/hour
