Job Summary
Introba is seeking a Commissioning Consultant for our St. Louis, MO location.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manages the commissioning process for multiple projects, including leading the commissioning team, interfacing with the client, and setting the project schedules
- Lead coordination of commissioning tasks with the project team
- Develop comprehensive reports for client stakeholders that documents the commissioning process through all phases of construction
- Conducts field observations and performs functional testing of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems
- Troubleshoots non-compliant systems and assist with the implementation of a solution
- Maintain effective relationships with existing clients, new clients, and contractors to further develop business for the company
- Perform retro-commissioning and energy services as needed
- Actively engage in further education for self-professional development
- Commissioning Authority certification from an accredited organization or the ability to pursue based on previous experience
- Professional Engineer license or Engineering Intern preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) or more years’ experience in Commissioning, facilities management, construction management, or related engineering field
- Understanding and experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical building systems
- Understanding and experience troubleshooting building automation/controls systems
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam)
- Construction Management Software (Procore, BIM360, etc.)
