Edit and re-write existing standards documents for brevity and clarity
Attend regular meetings with SMEs
Initiate and conduct document reviews for accuracy and adherence to style guides
Manage deliverables and deadlines

Qualifications

BS / MS in engineering (electronics or CS) with at least 10 years of work experience

Proficiency with English grammar and punctuation

Strong writing skills

Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and self-driven

Ability to work with tight deadlines and to manage workload efficient

Extensive experience with MSWord and applying Industry style guides

Preferred

Experience writing for public standards and regulatory bodies

Design experience with hardware interfaces
