Responsibilities
As an Associate Creative Director - Visual & Motion at Spring, you’ll join a dynamic creative team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of brand storytelling. We need your expertise in crafting visual systems, innovative digital experiences, motion languages, and brand campaigns that will set us apart and resonate with our diverse audience. Our team spearheads the creative direction of TurboTax’s brand identity.
You are a multi-disciplinary problem-solver with experience in brand or motion studios, who thrives on creativity and invention, someone who believes in the power of design to change the world for the better.

- Build and manage client partnerships from project kickoff to timely delivery.
- Visually and verbally communicate concepts and strategy behind your work.
- Lead a project and internal or external team autonomously with limited process and hierarchy in place.
- Balance multiple project assignments or business challenges with a steady disposition.
Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is :
Bay Area California $171,500-232,000
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit : Careers | Benefits ).
