What you'll bring
- 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
- Ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative market information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience
- Analytical orientation, creativity in problem solving, and keen business judgment
- Strong intellectual curiosity and deep desire to learn
- Self-motivation and willingness to proactively pursue deeper understanding of our business
- Drive competitive intelligence assessments, to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential disruptions relevant to the business
- Lead and maintain competitive teardowns and historical performance, ensuring there is a clear call to action for the business with limited guidance
- Understand the multi-year dynamics of each of the businesses in the portfolio, with an emphasis in determining our growth potential in each business
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, monitor progress towards strategic goals, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for the business
