Qualifications
- 12 years of hands on software development experience
- 5 years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience
- Expertise in the Software design / architecture process
- Experience in driving “mobile first” products
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably - experience working with global teams.
Responsibilities
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $206,500 - 279,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
