Qualifications
Requirements :
- Data Analysis and Security Technology : Proficiency in analyzing data from various sources (DLP alerts, manual reports, and utilizing security technologies (SOAR, SIEM, DLP tools) to implement effective controls.
- Risk Management and Compliance : A strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with data exfiltration and insider threats. Familiarity with compliance regulations (., IRC 7216) is crucial.
- Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders, including business units, legal teams, and corporate investigations. The ability to provide coaching, training, and foster a culture of security awareness is essential.
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking : The ability to lead a team, make informed decisions, and develop strategic recommendations for new monitoring and controls based on data analysis and observed patterns.
- Problem Solving and Adaptability : Strong problem-solving skills to investigate and address potential security threats and the ability to adapt to evolving risks and technologies.
- Degree - BS in IT Security or Similar

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $187,000 - 253,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
