- Ability to operate independently
- Passion for utilizing data and experiments to inform decisions and storytelling
- Drawing out deep customer insights to fuel product vision and direction
- Defining product strategy, translating it into a roadmap, and executing against it, by working closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers in a collaborative environment
- Direct responsibility for measurable business and customer outcomes
- Communicating frequently and clearly with cross-functional teams and leaders
- Ruthlessly prioritizing your team’s backlog and working across teams to drive work in dependent areas
