Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement, technology management, or a similar role, with a focus on sales processes and technologies.
- Proven experience in people leadership, mentoring, and team development.
- Hands-on experience with key sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and CRM / enablement platforms.
- Strong track record in leading cross-functional projects, driving results, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and onboarding processes for sales teams.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $172,000 - 232,500, Southern California $136,000 - 184,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
