Qualifications
- 5 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on technical products, developer tools, or architecture-heavy initiatives.
- Proven ability to evaluate and execute build vs. buy decisions, incorporating third-party tools and partnerships effectively.
- Deep understanding of modern software architectures, including extensibility, modularity, and interoperability.
- Strong knowledge of UX best practices and a track record of delivering intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
- Experience defining and driving migration strategies for legacy systems while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-backward approach to decision-making.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or marketing automation tools.

- Knowledge of multi-channel content interoperability and frameworks for extensible architectures.
