Overview
Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group is looking for a Solutions Technical Developer to support Marketing Operations Technical capabilities. Solutions sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology and execution. We help bring personalized customer experiences to life in a durable, scalable, and measurable way, leveraging our data, channels, and personalization tools. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute the build of best-in-class technical resources and enhance existing platforms and tools with AI. You will be a champion for the Marketing and Marketing Operations user experience with deep customer empathy. This role partners closely with product management and engineering to enable platform scale with a focus on agility, speed and efficiency. You will also lead a geographically-dispersed team of contractors in a highly matrixed organization working across India and Pacific Time zones.
What you'll bring
BS / MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience will be considered
5 years professional experience developing web, software, or mobile applications with a focus on JavaScript, Typescript, React, HTML, and CCS,
Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL Tools , AWS , CI / CD
Experience in marketing technology operations; in-depth knowledge and technical acumen on marketing automation, CRM, content management systems, experimentation and personalization platforms and ecommerce / pricing technology
Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large scale, customer-facing web applications
Solid understanding of the frontend platform and architecture to make technical decisions on security, performance, design, and visual adherence
Forward thinker of AI, machine learning and deep learning technologies to bring efficiencies to marketing operations
Strong product management skills, including product and customer discovery techniques
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills developing executive-level presentations and business cases with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to design technology solutions providing actionable requirements and user flow diagrams
How you will lead
Hands-on coding / development to create customer-facing capabilities with with a deep understanding of customer needs while implementing best practices for architecture, design, coding standards & CI / CD
Quickly translate insights into mockups, wireframes, and working proof-of-concept code
Propose AI solutions that can be applied to a variety of problems
Work collaboratively with AI experts and integrate AI into existing systems, leveraging expertise and guidance as needed
Work closely with technology product managers and engineers to drive platform maturity and scale delivering initiatives while improving Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Thoroughly understand and articulate capability requirements identifying key durable use cases
Design, manage and create training materials for new and existing internal tools maximizing adoption of capabilities including 3rd party marketing technology
Share marketing technology insights and best practices through research on emerging trends and platforms upleveling the marketing operations craft skills
Partner to define process approach and recommend standards for the teams to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and achieve best in class personalization and experimentation
Serve as the technical leader by mentoring contractors and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems

Bay Area California $159000-215000
