Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6 years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.
- Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight), and scripting languages (Python, R).
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various audiences.
