We’d like to see examples that showcase your work across various brand identities and 360 campaign experiences.Proven experience collaborating with internal teams and partnering with clients. You’ll partner with copywriters and product designers, strategists, and channel leads to dream up big ideas and drive the visual identity and art direction and design craft across brand touchpoints.An audience-first approach to your craft. We’re customer obsessed and use direct customer interviews to fall in love with our customers’ stories to inspire our creativity.8 years relevant experience in visual design with a focus on crafting systems and marketing experiences for brands, campaigns, and events either at agencies or in-house.Deep knowledge and skills in visual design, UI and UX design, and typography.Fluency in current industry design and prototyping tools.A curious student of emerging technologies that in turn applies and drives innovation in the work you lead and create.Strong strategic thinking with awareness of the project lifecycle, necessary timelines, business challenges, and team communication.Strong presentation skills.
