What you'll bring
- 5 years of product management experience in AI/ML, with a focus on model development, deployment, and monitoring in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment..
- High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI/ML practitioners in both strategic and tactical discussions
- Deep understanding of ML/LLM Ops principles, and the AI development lifecycle.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
- Proven track record of working effectively with engineers, data scientists, other product managers to deliver successful AI/ML products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact.
- Strong capability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
- Familiarity with open-source AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Passion for building responsible and ethical AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings
- Champion the Vision: Spearhead the development and execution of our AI Observability roadmap, ensuring alignment with Intuit's broader GenAI and ML platform strategies.
- Build Key Capabilities: Drive the implementation of robust AI Observability features, including:
- Model Monitoring Service
- Mode Registry and Lineage
- Comprehensive Model Cards
- An LLM Leaderboard
- Create user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions of AI development best practice across the company.
- Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap.
- Collect feedback and understand user needs from AI/ML practitioners and BU stakeholders, derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize areas of investments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—data scientists, ML engineers, and developers—to gather requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends and technologies to drive innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our platform's capabilities and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Salary : $172,500 - $233,000
