As a product manager driving the Identity Verification capability, you will empower all Intuit users to verify their identity to unlock experiences not only across the Intuit ecosystem but also external to Intuit. Our team thrives on collaboration and we're looking for team members with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, and creative grit, as well as a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful results.Qualifications5 years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systemsStrong understanding of identity verification concepts including industry standards such as NIST 800-63 security frameworksKnowledge of common fraud vectors such as Synthetic Identity Fraud, Account Opening Fraud, etc. Track record in defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer needs.Previous experience managing a team and coaching individuals to do their best work.Demonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business resultsDemonstrated proficiency in program / project management, and success in managing complex program / project deliverables cross multiple teamsAbility to develop and execute a successful product roadmapProven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful productsTrack record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customerExcellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizationsInspiring communication skills - for small teams to executives and larger groups as wellBS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experienceResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Identity Verification capability.Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experiences and scalable services.Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions.Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and successExperimenting with data to influence business outcomes.Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scale.Partner with program management to nail project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across different services and teams.Work closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal.Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way.Represent the team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internally and externally.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $161,500-218,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit : Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
