In this exciting role, you will collaborate across multiple teams to enable awesome experiences and operational efficiencies.As a Staff Program Manager, you will lead the work to ensure our experts are prepared and changes are implemented with excellence so that our teams can delight our customers. Successful candidates will have prior change management experience and are highly passionate about improving processes and collaborating across teams to drive change at scale, with high velocity and adoption.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus or equivalent experience3-5 years of proven performance in change management5 years of program or project management experienceProficient with MS Office or Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)Excellent written and verbal and communication skillsSuperb organizational skills and can demonstrate successful management of multiple projects at a time, delivering quality outcomes tied to business outcomesSought after strategic partner, able to build and nurture strong relations and influence broadlyResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure appropriate readiness workstreams are identified, plans are developed and seamlessly executed to our “Definition of Done” standard to create an excellent experience for experts amidst changeAssess risk across workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts, prioritization, and tradeoffs, resulting in on-time releases with high adoption and no / minimal defectsPartner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate changesValidate readiness, oversee release and evaluate how a change is performing, where there may be opportunities for improvementSeek opportunities to continually optimize, including improving speed and clarity of how we deliver change and ensure planning and change practices are enduring and scalablePartner, educate, roadshow and mentor others on change management best practicesRole model expert advocacy translate expert insights (quantitative and qualitative) into action for support readiness work from inception through post implementationIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $137500 - 186000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit : Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
