Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Appian Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Appian development projects, engaging stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of best development practices, maintaining good documentation practices, and providing leadership to a team of Appian Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of Appian Implementation, including Designing the overall application, Defining application structure, Conducting testing and Overseeing production implementation
• Work throughout the entire project life cycle, including Requirements review, Technical design, Development, Deployment and Maintenance
• Implement various design and integration patterns.
• Contribute to developing solution guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders effectively, translating business requirements into Appian solutions.
• Mentor and coordinate with team members located in different regions, utilizing Agile methodology.
• Perform frequent code reviews to ensure the quality of overall delivery.
• Maintain good documentation practices, ensuring accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a solid understanding of BPM technologies and principles
