Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative in the Accounts Payable dept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client services and resolving customer inquiries and issues via phone and email. The successful candidate background in sales and customer service and will have ideally worked in an accounts or collections department
Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to customer concerns and provide product and service information
- Identify and address customer needs and preferences
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Call customers to update payment information
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and provide product information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet and exceed customer service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to office policies and procedures
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide client services and support to drive customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer services and experience in a accounting or collections department
- Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
- Experience working in an office environment
- Excellent client services and support skills
