- Welcome clients and team members to the space and help coordinate meetings/events
- Be the go-to person for anything that helps the team stay productive and connected

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful—you don’t wait to be told, you make things better
- Collaborative and team-oriented—you enjoy working with others to make things happen
- Curious and eager to learn—you ask great questions and want to understand the “why”
- Interested in the Learning & Development space and how large companies grow their people

- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- A positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to grow with the business
What You’ll Get:
- A varied, high-impact role in a mission-driven business
- Exposure to executive leadership and Fortune 500 clients
- A collaborative, supportive, and values-driven team culture
- Room to grow—this role is a launchpad for future career paths in client success, operations, or leadership
- A great New York office environment (with flexibility where needed)
