Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Lead to spearhead the development of our AI-driven autonomous robotic systems. As the Tech Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge technologies for navigation, perception, and task execution. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate across hardware, software, and AI disciplines to deliver high-performance robotic systems that excel in dynamic indoor environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of AI and robotic systems, focusing on navigation, perception, and task execution in unstructured indoor environments.
Define technical strategies and roadmaps for AI and robotics development.
Mentor and guide a team of engineers in best practices and innovative solutions.
Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Qualifications :

Master or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

5 years of industrial experience in robotics and AI development, with 2 years in a lead role.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C .

Deep understanding of ROS (Robot Operating System) and related frameworks.

Expertise in vision-based perception in autonomous robotic systems.

Strong knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion, and motion planning.

Strong knowledge of AI / ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch) with hands-on experience in training, fine tuning, and deploying large-scale AI models.

Familiarity with robot training policies such as behavior cloning, diffusion-based policies, etc.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonuses :

Experience with edge computing platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).

Experience with robot simulation systems (e.g., MuJoCo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim).

Experience with developing production scale autonomous driving systems.

Knowledge of hardware integration and embedded systems.
