Audio Video Product Management

Monday through Friday, hours to be discussed, with 1 hr lunch.

Job Process Requirements:

The following processes are to be considered essential to the position and may be required on an hourly, daily or weekly interval depending on company work-load and the requirements of a particular installation.

 Ability to move, transport, position, put, pull, install, or remove all types of low voltage and related equipment, supplies, tools and materials weighing up to or more than 75 lbs.

 Ability to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information with other company employees.

 Ability to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position tools, product and other equipment for daily installations.

 Ability to daily read, discern, comprehend and follow, any installation instructions, product manuals, written warnings, labels or company provided documents to facilitate proper tasks.

 Ability to use basic functionality of a computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone for the purpose of receiving daily work orders, tasks, communications and navigation.

Experience:

Warehouse experience, audio video and construction knowledge and general computer knowledge and experience with attention to detail. D-tools knowledge a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all general warehouse shipping and receiving, breakdown and disposal of packing materials

2. Check in and staging of all new materials using D-tools and Tracknicity software, putting away stock materials and tools as they are received or returned from jobsite.

3. Assist Technicians and Lead Technicians to load and unload trucks and materials to facilitate daily install activities.

4. Completes Receiving and check in process for Sony TV’s including marking of any visible damaged on bill of lading and testing/documentation of any issues with new product arrivals

5. Works to maintain stock and staged inventory in a organized manor and uses company software to track inventory levels correctly so that proper inventory levels are shown

6. Assist to restock installation trucks with “stock installation” items, stage stock items for trucks per incoming requests on Tracknicity software

7. Pick up and or Deliver parts/materials or tools from vendors or to jobsites as needed

8. Demonstrates attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy of daily work.

9. Helps to maintain workflow and communication with internal staff on daily tasks and warehouse related items, wants, issues or concerns with appropriate Intuitive AV staff.

10. Demonstrates initiative in providing customer service and resolving problems.

11. Provides backup on-site installation assistance as helper Technician onsite on as-needed basis

12. Responsible for overall cleanliness and organization of warehouse and staging areas.

13. Demonstrates an attitude of teamwork and cooperation, and uses good communication skills in interfacing with peers, staff and in resolving conflicts.

14. Displays a professional appearance and practices good personal hygiene.

15. Contributes to a positive company identity within the community at large.

16. Abides by all company rules and policies at all times when representing the company by wearing uniform and or driving company vehicle even if after normal company hours.

Summary

Safety Responsibilities:

Must learn and comply with all Intuitive AV and OSHA safety rules; must use appropriate safety equipment at all times; must immediately report all unsafe conditions to supervisors; must be familiar

with all safety features or equipment or materials encompassed by job duties; and must check with supervisor if there is a question as to the safe procedure to be used for any job function.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
