About the job:
Title: Business Development Representative
Start Date: Immediate
Position Type: Full-time Employment
Location: Preferred in NY/NJ. 50% remote.

- At least 3 years of prior experience as a BDR
Job Responsibilities
- Uphold the “Intuitive Code” of Integrity, Trust, Loyalty, Honesty & Commitment.
- Conduct business development activities related to assigned domain/client base.
- Business development operations, market analysis, competitive analysis, productization Channel/ distribution strategy.
- Follow sales (pre-sales & post-sales) process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and client retainment.
- Support partner alliance efforts across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud, data, and security vendors.
- Maximize the partner $$ incentives (i.e., MAP, POA, DAF, PFS, ECIF) to fund the services engagements against the Client’s new/existing platform spend as well as strategic initiatives.
- Maintain high professional ethics and conduct with the Company, Clients, and Vendors/Agencies.
- Manage and maintain 100% Client satisfaction (CSAT) with SLAs and quality delivery
- Perform quarterly CSAT and thought leadership value measurement with the Client and Company leadership.
- Collaborate, Communicate and Cross-train other members of the team.
