About the job:

Title: Business Development Representative

Start Date: Immediate

Position Type: Full-time Employment

Location: Preferred in NY/NJ. 50% remote.

  4. Strong networking and interpersonal skills across Customers and Partners/vendors
  5. At least 3 years of prior experience as a BDR


Job Responsibilities

  1. Uphold the “Intuitive Code” of Integrity, Trust, Loyalty, Honesty & Commitment.
  2. Conduct business development activities related to assigned domain/client base.
  3. Business development operations, market analysis, competitive analysis, productization Channel/ distribution strategy.
  4. Follow sales (pre-sales & post-sales) process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
  5. Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and client retainment.
  6. Support partner alliance efforts across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud, data, and security vendors.
  7. Maximize the partner $$ incentives (i.e., MAP, POA, DAF, PFS, ECIF) to fund the services engagements against the Client’s new/existing platform spend as well as strategic initiatives.
  8. Maintain high professional ethics and conduct with the Company, Clients, and Vendors/Agencies.
  9. Manage and maintain 100% Client satisfaction (CSAT) with SLAs and quality delivery
  10. Perform quarterly CSAT and thought leadership value measurement with the Client and Company leadership.
  11. Collaborate, Communicate and Cross-train other members of the team.
