Position OverviewAs the Market Intelligence Lead, you will drive the company’s market intelligence function, providing senior leadership with deep insights into competitive dynamics, customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, develop intelligence frameworks, while influencing business strategy and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities· Lead the Market Intelligence function, including establishing priorities, methodologies, and frameworks.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive market intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Synthesize complex market data and competitor information to identify risks, trends, and strategic opportunities.
· Act as a strategic advisor to executives and senior leaders, delivering clear, actionable insights that drive product, marketing, and corporate strategies.
· Oversee the creation of competitor profiles, market sizing models, and landscape analyses.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, and Sales teams to align intelligence efforts with organizational needs.
· Lead primary and secondary research efforts, including surveys, interviews, third-party partnerships, and analysis of public and proprietary data sources.
· Present key findings through executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
· Proforma development and refinement
· Stay ahead of market developments, ensuring leadership is informed of emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and disruptive forces.
· Regulatory analysis including CON application support
· Feasibility analysis for other key strategic lines of business
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
· 5 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Management Consulting, Strategy, or Market Research.
· Experience working closely with executive leadership teams.
· Proven experience delivering insights that influence executive decision-making.
· Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional initiatives.
· Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
· Expertise with market intelligence platforms (e.g., CB Insights, Gartner, Statista) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
· High comfort level working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
· Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
