Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Own the website roadmap & project plans, ensuring smooth execution across teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between design, development, marketing, and content to achieve business objectives.
- Identify & solve user pain points using data, usability testing, and real-world insights.
- Use Google Analytics and other web tools to track performance, user behavior, and conversions—turning insights into action!
- Oversee external agencies & vendors, ensuring optimal website performance, scalability, and seamless third-party integrations.
- Manage & optimize CMS platforms, enabling non-technical teams to create and update content effortlessly.
- Partner with marketing to drive lead generation strategies, conversion funnels, and A/B testing to boost engagement.
- Lead SEO strategy & implementation, ensuring our website ranks high and attracts the right audience.
- Establish robust processes for bug tracking, usability improvements, and performance enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications
What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital business, e-commerce, marketing, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing mobile-first, modern websites with a focus on lead generation.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and optimizing content management processes.
- Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Proven success managing agency partners & contractors for website development.
- Excellent communication skills—must be able to lead and influence teams effectively.
- A data-driven mindset—leveraging analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in healthcare digital marketing & web optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SEO best practices & A/B testing.
- Passion for UX/UI and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong background in third-party integrations & web tech stack scalability.
