Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Define and implement the technical strategy for Intuitive Health’s portfolio of websites, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Manage website architecture, plugin development, API integrations, and advanced customizations to support business goals.Lead the seamless integration of third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, marketing platforms) to ensure data synchronization and usability across systems.Optimize website speed, load times, and overall performance through CDN implementation, caching strategies, and codebase enhancements.Monitor and enforce security protocols, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ADA, and other industry standards.Oversee quality assurance processes, including automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.Implement advanced monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve website performance issues, outages, or integration failures.Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to drive technical innovations that enhance user experience and engagement.Required Skills
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in digital business, e-commerce, marketing, business analytics, computer science, web development, or a related field.5 years of experience building and maintaining scalable, high-performance websites on modern CMS platforms.Strong background in building and integrating marketing tech stacks for campaign execution, analytics, and optimization.Experience leading agency partners, engineering teams, and independent contractors.Expertise in API integrations, cloud-based infrastructure, and performance optimization.Excellent project management skills—able to prioritize tasks in fast-moving environments.A data-driven mindset—strong intuition for interpreting analytics and making informed decisions.Excellent communication & leadership skills—able to influence teams and drive technical excellence.Bonus Points If You Have :
Hands-on experience with SEO, A / B testing, and digital analytics.Strong knowledge of UX / UI principles for optimizing web engagement.Previous work in healthcare digital commerce or multi-site CMS environments.
