Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Local Safety Representative for a new data center construction project in Wenatchee, WA. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can take direction from safety management and deliver expert safety guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and coach trades to maintain the high-quality safety culture we’ve established.
- Build and maintain relationships to support ongoing safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), with specific experience in data centers, electrical, and structural work.
Certifications:
- Mandatory: CPR, First Aid, AED, Fall Protection, Confined Space, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E
- Preferred: CHST
Job Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3-6 months, with potential for extension
- Schedule: 50 hours per week, day shift
- Mobilization: Personal vehicle required
