Job Description
Primary Function of Position
The Project Manager 3 reports to the Senior Manager overseeing MSRB (Manufacturing Site Review Board) and Global Operations Space Planning. This person is responsible for facilitating alignment on the execution strategy particularly for site activation and decommission projects, coordinating and / or facilitating project assurance or after action reviews (AARs) on site activations and decommissions or other projects as assigned, and managing site activation and / or decommission projects as assigned.
Essential Job Duties
Strategy alignment
- Facilitate strategy discussions to attain full alignment on plan of action for site activation or decommission projects with particular attention to transfer sequencing, operational and commercial constraints (such as inventory availability, regional requirements, contractual obligations) and regulatory and compliance requirements
- Support ongoing alignment between regulatory, master scheduling, engineering, and operations during quarterly SIOP cycles
Project management of manufacturing site activations & decommissions
Project network support
Support continuous improvement of MSRB processes and project management tools, manage metrics
Other duties as assigned

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1 : $118,900 - $171,100
Base Salary Range Region 2 : $101,100 - $145,500
Shift : Day
Travel : 10% of the time
Workplace Type : Purposeful Onsite - This job requires being onsite for leader-defined events and activities which could be monthly / annually. Onsite frequency may increase based on business need.
