Together, let's advance the world of minimally invasive care.Job DescriptionPrimary Function of PositionResource in Quote to Cash process, enhancing functionality and supporting projects as needed.Essential Job DutiesImplement new and enhance existing functionality including articulating requirements and translating them to effective solutions in SAP and related applications.Proven process knowledge for the end-to-end Order to Cash Business process which includes : Order Management, Logistics, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.Perform “hands-on” configuration / system changes to meet business requirements.Review work from other team members to ensure solution design standard “out of the box” functionality.Ensure solution design on SAP platform integrates well with the integrated systems and coordinate changes accordingly with larger IT team.Work with stakeholders including Managers / Directors and VPs to define business systems requirements for new technology implementations.Collaborate with teams to design applications solving business issues, leading design for the team.Use judgment and discretion to solve complex business issues. Mentor team members to meet goals.Work closely with analysts, users, and IT to support operations and manage changes in business.Manage cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects or providing status updates on various projects.Facilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders.Examine impact of changes to the corporate application landscapeIdentify, and participate in prioritization of business capabilities and act as a catalyst for building mature processes.Navigate through ISI’s Project Management Methodology and standards to deliver business needs in an agile manner.QualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 8-12 years of experience in supporting Order Management and Customer Service Business Functions.Experienced and knowledge of the following SAP Modules : SD \ / FI \ / CO \ / MM.Ability to interact and influence variety of users and senior management.Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and TechnologyExceptional problem solving and data capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsVery exceptional collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability requiredThis job is On-site in Sunnyvale, CA, 3 days weekly.Required Education and TrainingMinimum Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experienceWorking ConditionsNonePreferred Skills and ExperienceSupporting users in a medical device company desirablePossess a proven business and customer / client focus.Ability to work autonomously and manage projects autonomously.Ability to work directly with and manage consultants.Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)#LI-HybridAdditional InformationDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and / or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.  Details can vary by role.Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
