Job Description
Primary Function of Position
As a critical member of the Finance team supporting the Chief Strategy and Corporate Ops Officer, the Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Strategy will serve as an analytics and financial business partner to the Corporate Strategy Team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams on key business initiatives and market opportunity analyses, requiring deep data analysis and a comprehensive understanding of the business and healthcare ecosystem to identify opportunities that improve patient care.
Essential Job Duties
- Act as a business consultant and primary finance / analytical support for the Corporate Strategy team
- Own and coordinate the execution of the corporate market opportunity framework and long-range model, with a focus on impact and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and commercial teams to evaluate new strategic opportunities through financial and business modeling
- Manage quarterly reporting and forecasting to drive efficient execution of shared goals
- Prepare and present ad-hoc analyses to finance and business leadership

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1 : $127,800 - $183,800
Base Salary Range Region 2 : $108,600 - $156,200

Travel : 10% of the time
Workplace Type : Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
