Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute product strategies for SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with various Company business objectives.
- Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business process owners in Company vertical teams (i.e. sales, distribution, supply chain, finance, retail...etc) and technology dev leads.
- Performance Monitoring: define and monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions to enhance and optimize SAP products and processes
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SAP solutions.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and related technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to co-create with other, while being accountable for decisions.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
