Primary Function :
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Data Specialist to join our team and help with clinical data annotation collection and testing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and documentation skills with the ability to balance attention to detail and time efficiency. The candidate will play a critical role in annotating videos and images of surgical and operating room workflows as well as evaluating various AI models and chatbots to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Annotate surgical operating room workflow videos and images accurately and consistently to support AI product research and development.
- Annotate surgical videos and images with their corresponding textual descriptions in accordance with project guidelines.
- Ensure the alignment of visual content with the relevant language data including identifying objects actions and context.
- Evaluate the performance and capabilities of LLMs and chatbots providing feedback and insights to improve functionality and relevance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of annotation processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate effectively within a small team to share insights challenges and solutions in a proactive manner.
- Manage multiple annotation projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality assurance.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress share learnings and refine best practices.
