What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Finance Learning Manager position at Intuitive?
Primary Function of Position
The Sr Finance Learning Manager reporting to the Sr Director of Finance Organization Development is responsible for building managing and conducting trainings for the Finance organization. This person will partner closely with Finance leadership the Finance Organization Development team and various finance functions to create and execute a training strategy to improve the knowledge and skill of the Finance team.
Essential Job Duties
- Oversee the development of all learning plans and course curriculum for the various types of finance trainings including technical training and skill development leadership training and finance and accounting training
- Design build and execute a development continuum to accelerate the skills of Analysts through Sr Directors enabling us to deliver on our goals and finance vision
- Create agendas presentations and training materials for skill development and leadership training programs
- Examine the needs of each course to assess the teams strengths and gaps pertaining to knowledge and skills; Develop programs to address knowledge gaps.
- Drive and facilitate Finance programs through various delivery methods (inperson virtual on demand)
- Develop KPIs and measure effectiveness of programs (e.g. skill benchmarks post course surveys) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain a realtime dashboard to track course results such as NPS course effectiveness and impact on performance and engagement
- Contribute to the creation of a Finance specific Women in Leadership program and programs for underrepresented populations
