Primary Function of Position :

This job involves working closely with finance users to create and implement costeffective IT solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Improve business processes and applications in Finance including Source to Pay Business Processes through investigation design testing and monitoring.
- Collaborate with management to create business needs and longterm plans for IT solutions in Finance.
- Join projects internal teams or taskforces. The Manager assigns them. Offer design leadership in finance crossfunctionally.
- Manage crossfunctional meetings as part of requirements gathering driving projects or providing status updates on various projects
- Design implement and support solutions for business processes using SAP S / 4 or FI / CO Coupa Ariba iValua and Concur. Avoid unnecessary complexity.
- Provide production support or implement enhancements for existing financial applications ensuring responsiveness to customer requests and quality of work
- Collaborate coach and mentor business and applications teams located across the globe and in the various time zones.
- Help Manager Finance Applications follow standards internal controls processes for Applications team including PMO standards processes.
- Ensure internal controls are followed and report exceptions immediately.
- Remain at the forefront of industry practices and application development.
- The Sr Analyst enhances and implements applications for Finance systems including SAP S / 4 FI / CO Modules and more.
Qualifications :
This job is Onsite in Sunnyvale CA 5 days weekly.
