Support Specialist Manager

We serve as our clients' personal pharmacy benefit specialists, helping them evaluate, modify, design, and execute solutions for their pharmacy benefit plan. Through our vast knowledge and expertise in pharmacy benefits, we save our clients significant pharmacy costs.

Position Description:

Under the direct supervision of the Support Specialist Manager, this position assists our Account Management and Clinical Teams with a variety of client and administrative support and provides direct assistance to the President and Executive Vice President.

Position Responsibilities:

Client Support:

  • Work with multiple teams to compile data and facilitate completion of PowerPoint presentations and requests for proposals
  • Printing and binding presentations

Administrative support:

  • Manage the agenda, set up, and assist with the presentation for regular staff meetings
  • Receptionist duties
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Handle general office tasks and administrative duties
  • Additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

  • Five years of work experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong in in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Team,s and will quickly adapt to Company used technology
  • Excellent Typing skills
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects, work independently and efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good with numbers
  • Detail-oriented, with superior organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player
  • Open to learning new tasks/projects, leading to advanced positions
  • Ability to handle confidential company information with care

Additional Information:

Full-time hourly position that includes benefits options, including medical, paid holidays, PTO, 401K, bonus. The PBIRx office is located in a Corporate Office in Milford, CT.
