We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing performance of our A-POP solutions. This role is crucial in maintaining exceptional service levels, supporting customers through technical and service inquiries, and ensuring smooth field operations. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing remote and on-site support, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to customer sites and project locations
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance, rollout, and implementation of A-POP solutions in the field.
- Organize and manage schedules for field implementations, rollouts, and ongoing maintenance.
- Configure and monitor machines deployed across customer locations, ensuring optimal operation.
- Provide remote support to customers, troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
- Monitor performance KPIs and execute action plans to optimize customer success.
- Travel as needed to new projects, meeting clients, and building strong relationships.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong autonomy and responsibility in decision-making and action-taking.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMD/Terminal and at least one programming language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Completed secondary education and a technical degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field.
- Desirable: Spanish language proficiency.
